How far ahead should I book?
Earlier is easier, especially near the end of a month or during summer. Send a request as soon as you have a rough date and we can adjust the details later.
Can I pack some things myself?
Yes. Many clients pack books and everyday items themselves and leave the kitchen, artwork and fragile pieces to the crew. Your plan will spell out who packs what.
How do you move fragile or valuable items?
Fragile pieces are wrapped in several layers, and items like mirrors, glass and art can be crated. Let us know about anything special during the walkthrough.
How is my quote worked out?
It's based on the size of your home, the distance, access at both ends (stairs, lifts, parking) and any packing or storage you add. All of it is set out in writing before you confirm.
